Experience. Vision. Talent Identification.
“Nearly two decades in professional soccer, built on experience, vision and a passion for identifying and developing talent.”
Professional Profile
A player's eye. A scout's judgement.
Former professional player, UEFA A Licensed Coach and international soccer scout — nearly two decades inside the professional game.
From playing to coaching, technical direction and international scouting, every role sharpened how I identify and evaluate talent.
I look beyond the moment: quality, intelligence, character and the capacity to grow.

III. A Global Language
Soccer brings
us together.
One ball, one pitch, one language understood in every country — connecting people, cultures and nations far beyond the final whistle.
Beyond the game.
Talent is never only what we see in ninety minutes. It is the sum of quality, intelligence, character and the capacity to grow.
Identifying talent
Recognising the individual qualities that separate a player from the crowd.
Understanding potential
Seeing not only who a player is today, but who they may become.
Evaluating character
Mentality, attitude and adaptability are as decisive as technique.
Beyond the moment
Looking past a single performance towards consistency and long-term growth.
A global perspective.
Different countries produce different players. Understanding those differences is at the heart of international scouting.
VI. The Journey Continues
The journey never stops.
“The journey never stops. The vision keeps evolving.”
